Step 1 — Research each prospect deeply

  • Step 2 — Build a 5-touch sequence over 14 days

    Day 3 — LinkedIn Connection: Short personalized request referencing their content or a company milestone. Under 200 characters.

    Day 5 — Follow-up Email: Share a relevant case study or insight. Frame it as "thought this might be useful," not "following up on my last email."

    Day 9 — Value-Add: Send something genuinely useful — an article, benchmark data, or quick analysis about their business. No ask attached.

    Day 14 — Breakup Email: Light, human tone. Acknowledge they're busy. Leave the door open with one clear question.

    Step 3 — Deliver everything

    Draft all sequences in a Google Doc organized by prospect. Include subject line A/B variants for each email and sending time recommendations based on the prospect's timezone.
